Terms & Conditions

1. HAVEN Home + Design is a professional home organization and design consulting service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look and functionality of your space and is not intended to serve as professional interior design services.

2. HAVEN Home + Design clients agree to provide full information regarding home organization goals, design preferences, and budget requirements for the project. The client is responsible for determining all aspects of the project budget before work begins.

3. HAVEN Home + Design will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional experience, provided resources, and speed at which decisions are made by the client.

4. HAVEN Home + Design clients agree to correspond in a timely manner through online communication, including e-mails, web-based forms and online scheduling sites.

5. While HAVEN Home + Design works with the client’s budget for all materials and supplies, including furniture and decor, we will not be responsible for purchasing, delivery, installation or assembly, including do-it-yourself (DIY) projects, for home organization, furniture or decor items. Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase furniture assembly services directly from the merchant or manufacturer if needed.

6. HAVEN Home + Design will not arrange repairs, replacement or returns for purchases made in conjunction with home organization or design projects.

7. HAVEN Home + Design has taken every measure to ensure security of all data collected from the client, including personal contact and credit card information.

8. Payment for all HAVEN Home + Design services is due in full at the completion of each session.  A $25 deposit is required to book an appointment. Services and packages at $300 or more require a $150 deposit.

9.  HAVEN Home + Design clients agree to provide 24 hours notice for any and all cancellations.  If the client cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged a $25 cancellation fee automatically.

10. HAVEN Home + Design seeks to provide quality services to accommodate our client’s needs and will make every attempt to address any and all questions or concerns throughout the duration of the project.

The placement of an order for HAVEN Home + Design services by email or through our online scheduling site is deemed to be an acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
